If you’re planning an outdoor wedding, you’re probably planning to have a tent, tipi or marquee involved somewhere – and why not? They’re super flexible and allow couples the freedom to entertain guests in their favourite outdoor space.
But what about the inside? How flexible is the interior of a marquee?
BoShow Festival sponsor Cascade Events is on hand with some ideas for decorating and working in your wedding’s theme. See below and then come see inside Cascade’s structures at our festival in Henley!
1. Hanging Flower Balls
Add some of your wedding bouquet flowers to your marquee by including them in some hanging flower balls – one way to continue the theme of your wedding and add a personal touch with your favourite flowers.
2. Coloured Roof Lanterns
Why not add some hanging lanterns to the roof decor? Place them in clusters of different sizes or colours to match your bridesmaids or flower girls.
3. Roof Overlays
If flower balls or coloured lanterns are not for you, then add a splash of colour through the roof linings. With an array of colours to choose from, we will have a colour to match your wedding theme.
4. Entrance Porch
Make an entrance with one of our peaked cottages! Adding a carpeted walkway lined with candles will really make your entrance one to remember.
With a rainbow of colours to choose from, why not make a bold statement with your choice of carpet? You can even have different colours to define your dining area from your dance floor if you wish.
Make your bar front a real focal point of your marquee. We have a range: leather or LED bar fronts, straight or circular, vintage or modern. Choose one to match your wedding’s theme.
Add a bit of sparkle to your evening with a starlight ceiling. This is an ideal way to take you from the day into the evening festivities. Party long into the night under twinkling starlight – you are ‘outside’ after all…Like these ideas? Come and see inside one of Cascades’ marquees at our BoShow Festival in Henley!
